Enjoying the nightlife a little English, was Taylor Momsen spotted in London last night, 16 December. The 'Gossip Girl' actress got her out from the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire for her concert with his band The Pretty Reckless. And unlike his usual strange scowl, Taylor actually cracked a smile or two as she walked past the Shutterbug swarmed around her.
